Rock Tip – KWG Ring o’ Fire Targets - “Diagnos”

Seems dis “Diagnos” computer stuff can sense whats underground at da Ring O’ Fire.

ADK which owns da “Diagnos” stuff issa ina JV wit KWG.

Da Rock issa long onna KWG.

Just da way I see dat!

"And Diagnos uses magnetic terrain thing a magigy that can figure out what seems to be the same as the "NOt" hole."

Actually, Diagnos is an advanced computer model that interprets data from various sources, the mathematical analysis is further enhanced when previous target results are matched with conclusive drilling samples, in other words the model has been improved since the drilling results from NOT have been used to refine the algorithms. Now Diagnos will not identify targets of the NOT type if there isn't a NOT type deposit on KWG land packages, however if there is something to be found, you can bet Diagnos will find it. Like I said in a previous post, the fact that Diagnos accepted to joint venture with KWG is very revealing, keep in mind Diagnos has already run its model on the entire McFauld area and therefore has a pretty good idea what's under the ground.

Little response to today's news on both the markets and the boards, yet this news release is of enormous importance for both KWG and Diagnos, here's why.

Diagnos news release dated October 18 2007 announced that Noront's significant discovery was accurately located by the data mining system two years before Noront brought out the drills over the areas Diagnos had studied for the benefit of KWG. This is not to say that Noront pinpointed the deposit using Diagnos targets, the area study was carried for the sole benefit of KWG.

Now, nay-sayers could have called this accurate prediction a bluff call, today's news says otherwise. The only people who could tell whether Diagnos prognosis was indeed accurate or not, with regards to Noront's big find, were the people at KWG since they commissionned the study and received the results many months ago.

KWG announced today that it further strengthens its business relationship by entering into a joint-venture type agreement with Diagnos and by announcing that future drilling will be scheduled using targets identified by the now enhanced signature of the Diagnos analysis model.

If the Diagnos works commissionned by KWG in 2005 and the accurate prediction of the Noront find were no more than a bluff call, would KWG commit to closer relationships with Diagnos? The answer is a definitive no. The people at KWG have seen first hand the potential of the technology, the fact that KWG bolsters its ties with Diagnos is a sure sign that the studies were indeed accurate and KWG's committment is testament to its confidence in Diagnos ability to identify resources with more accuracy than ever before.

I can't tell whether the Diagnos study found substantial finds or anything like Noront type concentration of metals on KWG's land claims, but you can bet Diagnos knows what's under the ground by now. Would they joint-venture with KWG if there wasn't something substantial to be found? That's where my analysis stops and yours take over.

"i just knew `the boys' would spin it back with a Diagnos twist. again (and i'm not even psychic)"

Diagnos software predicted the Noront discovery in 2005. Is that a twist?

Following this discovery (October 31, 2007), neighbor BMK (a Diagnos client) did a private placement with Robert McEwen (CEO of US Gold) as lead investor; 2 weeks ago Diagnos announced contract with US Gold. Is that a twist?

Diagnos is a profitable operation with its wide range of services, mining being just one of many others. Is that a twist?

The thing you fail to understand is this: Diagnos knows what's under the ground before the drilling starts. Discerning readers know what that means.

KWG & Diagnos to JV Properties Picked by Software

MONTREAL, CANADA, Dec 10, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

KWG Resources Inc (TSX VENTURE:KWG) recently engaged Diagnos Inc (TSX VENTURE:ADK) to re-analyze its McFaulds Lake area data. Diagnos Inc.'s proprietary computer-aided resource-detection software system was used in 2005 in a study of the McFaulds Lake area data on behalf of KWG Resources Inc. The study predicted that a high-priority target for base-metal concentration was indicated at the precise co-ordinates of Noront's discovery, first reported in Stockwatch in September of this year.

As part of the engagement agreement for the new analysis, KWG agreed to vest, in a 50/50 joint venture with Diagnos, any mineral interests acquired outside of KWG's present claims, if targets were identified in them by Diagnos. The results of the new study were delivered to KWG today. The definition of existing data enabled by the Noront discovery, has significantly refined the results generated from the current analysis.

This strategic partnership comes perfectly in time as DIAGNOS is positioning itself as the leader in the industry of predicting high probability mineralized zones for drilling. Mr. Andre Larente states: "We knew, in 2005 there was something to look for in McFaulds Lake area. With this refined model, we have an even better understanding of the James Bay Lowlands region and we are looking forward to results of the next drilling on our targets."

"The focus of the study was to find, from computer analysis of all available data, targets demonstrating similarities to the Noront copper/nickel discovery near McFaulds Lake," said KWG President Frank Smeenk. "We have found the Diagnos self-learning/self-teaching algorithms a very useful advance in rendering and prioritizing the geophysical and geochemical data files. Our upcoming drilling program on targets at the adjacent Freewest Option will be greatly assisted by this analysis and the agreement to joint venture new area acquisitions and discoveries precipitated by the study, obviously speaks for itself."

Noront's Target Identified for KWG by 2005 DIAGNOS' Study

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, Oct 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today that its proprietary CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) system was used in 2005 in a study of the McFauld Lake area data on behalf of KWG Resources Inc. The study premised that a high priority target for base metal concentration was indicated at the precise coordinates of Noront's discovery, announced earlier in September of this year.

In fact, on May 25, 2005, DIAGNOS provided a report to KWG Resources Inc. targeting the best zones within its claim blocks for potential base metal deposits using the CARDS system. Some other targets were also identified outside the property owned by KWG among which, one was exactly on the Noront's current discovery of nickel and copper mineralization.

The KWG-sponsored DIAGNOS study had predicted that this zone had a high probability of copper discovery. Using historical data, anomalies, positive and negative drill sites, MAG and other information as training points, the system provided a local signature that was validated with some historical positive points. Targets generated were not all on KWG property; one zone with the highest probability was on Noront's discovery.

Since Noront's announcement, KWG and Spider have decided to drill some other targets vetted by the DIAGNOS study, as a priority.

About DIAGNOS

DIAGNOS inc. has developed data mining software and provides data mining services. The Corporation designed and developed MCubiX, a data mining software suite capable of extracting knowledge from historical data - in the form of images, text or traditional databases - and making predictions that improve business processes and decision making ability. CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) can be applied to several sectors of prospecting, such as diamond, gold, zinc, copper and the oil and gas, and each one of these resources require a distinct methodology endorsed by the application. CARDS is an excellent tool in exploration which major utility is time and money saving and increased efficiency. For further information, please visit our Website at www.diagnos.ca.
