Agreed. NOT may currently be undervalued but that's because they haven't proved up 5 million tons let alone 7 or 10 million tons. At the moment tonnage is just a guess that's not yet supported by 'qualified person'.

Talk might keep us slightly above $4 but only facts will take us much higher.

Current price of metals isn't going to have much if any effect either since it's long term projected price that's used when calculating value of reserves established.
