Just for your info as your diagram seems a little off
a 45` rotation seems to correctly allign it
viewing the grid a link of this original location http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/9773/h2bu1.png, you will see that the grid is off of what NOT provided but by reorienting it, all holes do in fact maqtck up quie well
I still suggest that this is what will be seen with a future NOT drill map update
