There are unfortunately still holders out there with share cost under $1 and if they are pressured with losses elsewhere in the market will take their money off the table at lower than they should.

Kind of the price you pay when you have a terrific run up in share price like Noront experianced. It's also likely some of these holders have substantial shares, 100K to 500K, so can really mess up the retail market.

Bouncing around off what so far has been a $3.50 bottom isn't exactly comfortable. A few more days of this and that bottom might well move lower. Moving up to $4 would make us all happier but needs news.

Lack of buyers even at low price indicates interest flagging and holders  getting worried enough not to top up and maybe even sell.
