Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
Well it didn't take long for the euphoria from Hole #27 to come to a sceeching halt. The volume was very good on NOT yesterday but the share price slippage has already started. Honestly I'm not sure what investors want from these infill assays, but it just can't get any better than #27. I suppose a bit of profit taking should be expected after NOT bounced off the $2.50 mark during the correction of last week.
Last Wed my sources tell me NOT started drilling on DE2, so we should be getting visuals at any time if they hit anything of merit. A hit on the visuals and we won't have a one day run up on the share price. We would be back to the mayhem of last fall as investors would be scrambling to get a piece of the hottest mining prospect in Canada. It's not a matter of if NOT hits on the next anomoly, its a matter of when. I view anything within a km of the Double Eagle discovery as prime real estate.
Many people have discounted the Rhodium factor for NOT. However with Rh trading at over $7,000 an oz it wouldn't take much from the assay lab for this to be a real big deal in a hurry. I have no idea on a timeline for these assays to be public but I have this feeling it will mean a great deal to NOT's share price when it happens.
Back to the area plays in McFaulds Lake, we should be getting those assays from BMK any day now. Anyone notice how FNC has woke up and is on a steady upclimb in its share price day after day? It's hard not to get excited about the possibilities that FNC presents. If you just have to own an area play to NOT, it sure seems to me that FNC is the one.
We need more news today from McFaulds Lake, or we do the slow drip in share prices. Investors sure have short memory spans in the markets lately.
Best of luck to all McFaulds Lake investors.
