Al, you wrote "You see when management of a company such as BMK, give away a large stake in their company to some deep pocketed mining bigwigs at less than half of the value the stock was trading at, it tells me something. The management could care less about their shareholders, they are in this for the almighty buck, its obvious. "
Management probably owns a lot more stock than most retailers do. How would giving away a large stake in the company to deep pocketed bigwigs help them earn the almighty buck without it helping the other shareholders. Do you think they were paid off or somethng? I just do not understand their benefit that to you is so obvious.
