Good morning Al,

Thank you for your comments.

As a point of clarification, the post that was removed was removed because of a word that was considered "profanity/vulgarity".

It had nothing to do with the content or critical stance of the post itself. As we have always stated, we welcome both positive and negative commentary as long as it is done in a constructive fashion. The posting history on this forum attests to this fact.

I have reposted the message in question below and replaced the offending word with "fortitude".

As such, feel free to repost the message.

Regards,

Paul

"Some people do listen to you without checking the facts"

Facts:

1) management let a group of in at more than 50% discount to market

2) management gave this group the flow through to boot, making real cost $.28 a share

3)management attached warrants to the grease job

4) management never had the fortitude to amend the grease job and used the averaging rule to ram it down the throats of TSX-v exchange, who by the way, took along time to review this and yet allowed it, I believe only because of the names who got the PP

The people who took down this PP obviously got in because of NOT's discovery so they were playing the play,. They got in with absolutely no risk whatsoever, all risk passed to the retail bagholders. The management of BMK could of amended this PP and yet chose not to do so. This should show each and every long term shareholder how management intends to treat them in the future.

Like I have said over and over again, I am not against the shareholders of BMK, my issue is with management. If anyone chooses to bury their heads up their arses and somehow puts a positive spin on what management did to the shareholders of this company, let them. You can talk to your blue in the face, I have my beliefs you have yours.

If shareholders get whacked by this group in the future, don't say I never raised the proverbial red flag.

Fact.... Answering posts about my thoughts on BMK is a waste of my time and yours. There are far too many companies that care about their shareholders that I choose to get involved with.
