Clearly the regs have been severely tightened since '94 when DFR drilled their first discovery hole #2 in Voisey's showing MMS and 12 days later put out 7-sentence NR saying only that " A potentially significant occurrence of base metal mineralization containing Ni, Cu, and Co had been discovered in Labrador" (no mention of VBay).
