Excellent points made.  I think your use of the term 'Dubious' BMK Management expresses the concerns and frustration now appearing on all the boards discussing BMK.  There are some great leaders like Warren Buffett who show a genuine feeling for their shareholders.  Even Dick Nemis is forever encouraging shareholders to stay strong and he will exude anger and frustration when the shareholders are getting beat up, because he is getting beat up too. The BMK office remains seemingly aloof, although McEwen and Lassonde are probably on McKinnon's speed-dial.
