A mixed bag on the world market idices to start the day off. Asia was solid green, while Europe now has apparent worries about financial stocks again. The one thing that is noticeable is commodities, prices of oil and gold are at record highs and climbing. The $US is taking a huge hit as investors sell off the greenback and move into the Euro. It appears inflation and recession concerns are rearing there ugly heads again in the US economy. Of course yesterday the markets absorbed terrible news from the producer price index and went solidly higher. Strange how bad news is getting bought lately. Today we get the durable goods orders numbers at 8:30 AM, this could be a market mover if they come in greater than forecast. Crude Inventories at 10:30 AM should show the direction of oil prices for the rest tof the week.

Back in McFaulds Lake the area play stocks took a breather yesterday after sharp price increases on the back of Mondays halt on NOT. Yesterday, NOT moved into the spotlight and played catchup. I was a little suprised to see NOT stay under the $6 mark yesterday, I thought Mondays news would of taken the share price higher. Obviously some of the news was already in the share price. Perhaps some visual news from #3 anomoly will surface today and take the stock over the $6 mark and march onto new 52 week highs shortly. I certainly see this as probable. Down the road, if the assays back up the visuals, this stock is going much higher, a double from here would be my bet.

The two proximity plays FNC and PRB took a bit of a profit taking hit yesterday and gave back some of the huge gains from Mondays share price run up on the back of NOT's halt. I can't see this lasting and expect a sharp rebound in their share prices, possibly starting today. The reason is simple, these two proximity plays will be getting investors interest due to their upcoming drilling programs. PRB claims they will be drilling next week and FNC a week or two behind them. FNC will be the most watched play in McFaulds Lake when they drill. A hit from the drill bit and McFaulds Lake becomes an instant mining camp of world class stature. It would put DE1 on the map as being not only one of the richest discoveries ever, but of size also. If FNC hits, interest from a few of the Major mining companies would almost be assured.

Good luck to all McFaulds Lake investors.

Al
