Ohh I agree its happening. But naked shorting it not legal, in Canada. PP's that are done far below the market price of what a stock is currently trading at, always makes me suspious of these kind of tactics. Short the stock, and cover with the cheap PP paper. As investors we just don't know what goes on at the various brokerage houses and with the weak security commissions in Canada, who knows?

I keep getting flashbacks of BMK and their PP. But thats another story. When I brought it up months ago, I was told I was nutso.

Once again, investors have no need to fear the shorts on stocks like NOT.  JMHO
