Oz, UC have been forthcoming on the JV issue on several occasions over the past 3 months. There exists a signed, binding LOI. The JV agreement has not been signed. UC have spent the first years money, and half or so of the second year. All these things have been acknowledged by UC,SPQ and KWG. I'm not sure why this keeps coming up. There is no subterfuge going on here.

Is there anyone out there that seriously disputes the fact that there will be a major mining camp up there?

Does the fact that a mining camp is coming shed a different light/value on the existing VMS discoveries of the others besides NOT? Are UC/SPQ/KWG being given any value for their 10 discoveries to date? How bout BMK or FWR. Enough value?

I have NOT, PRB and UC and will be buying some FWR next week. I like all these outfits because of ROF but also all have other nice irons in fire. FNC and SPQ will make people some money too. Neither are my cup of bushmills. Nor BMK. Haven't enough dough to own em all.

This isn't a horse race up here, winner take all. This is a golf tournament, everyone to the prize table.
