Again Polylabel, I couldn't agree more(go back 5 posts to see Polylabel's rant). It just doesn't look good. If Smith needed the $ that badly, there's other ways to get a loan ...I have a small position in FNC, and I'm still hopefull for obvious reasons ,I'll hold to see if they hit the NOT extention...
