Could news on the SPQ, KWG JV with UC. Here's a copy of the email I got yesterday. 

email-- I am told that KWG and SPQ have reached an agreement and we should see something from their lawyers this week and hopefully get sign off next week.  It seems that legal always takes quite some time. -
