Al,

I would be very uncomfortable putting in a stop loss, other than in my head, with stocks like NOT. That would just red flag it as a signal to the manipulators to take it down temporarily in order to grab it at a low price. We have seen that happen many times. News is coming soon from many different areas and will move the stock. I will wait for it.
