Thanks for the clarification. I think the Red Line is "sketched" on the map and will be refined in time. I used a relative term in saying it was just inside the line. Looking at a line that is in excess of a hundred kms long on that scale of a map is inaccurate and I didn't intend to mislead. Best of Luck.
