Thanks for the feedback, Paul.  I used to be with RBC when it was $29.95 per trade plus surcharges over 1000 shares (yikes).  I left them for BMO because they didn't have "stop losses".

I chatted with BMO finally today.  They have fixed things up for me.  How things got out of kilter I don't know, but I didn't have real time quotes or streaming which is important for me.  I'm not a daytrader but I like to keep on top of things.
