The dilution was already there when the PP closed. Todays news release was basically to inform that PMI did not excercise their right to the offering. They have more than enuff shares and warrants outstanding.

If you read the Research report, it states that as a negative that PMI holds such a large percentage and i am glad they did not aquire more shares as this would have been less attractive to any potential aquirers.
