The even point right now if we take 35 cent shares and 13 warrants is $1.59. That means if your sell price was 1.59 at some point before the warrants expire it wouldn't matter if you'd bought warrants or shares.

Any price below $1.59 you you're better off with the shares... any price above and you're better off with the warrants.

Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages to the warrants. They can expire worthless and if you don't exercise them you lose your original investment. However, the benefit is you only need a small investment now to have the option to purchase a lot of shares later on. Right now you can almost get 3 times the warrants for the same money as the shares.
