Alex Doulis
Director
Mr. Alex Doulis, BSc (Geology & Math), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), has had a thirty year career in mining and mining finance starting in exploration on the West Coast for a full range of junior companies for five years, followed by spending a total of five years with Kennecott Copper and Falconbridge Nickel.
His mining finance career started at A. E. Ames and Company where he was the senior mining analyst before moving on to Gordon Securities in 1980. While at Gordon he worked both in mining analysis and finance, having been the first to recognize the future of gold leaching with the financing of Wharf Resources. He left Gordon in 1987 to join McNeil Mantha as a director. McNeil was the first publicly traded investment dealer on the TSX.
John A. Eversley

John A. Eversley, LLB, has specialized in Corporate and Securities Law during the past 30 years with a substantial part of his practice associated with junior public issuers. He has been legal council and adviser to Millstream for over 10 years and has a good comprehension and understanding of the objectives of the company.
Ernest W. Harrison
Director/President
Ernest W. Harrison, E.M., is a graduate if the Colorado School of Mines, holding a Silver Diploma (Engineer of Mines degree), with 40 years of direct experience in all facets of the mining industry, worldwide. As a member of one of the Harrison Group of companies (founded in 1934 by his father Patrick "Paddy" Harrison) he inter-faced with the industry at the highest corporate levels, directing and managing a complete range of Contracting Management, Engineering and Construction services. Upon the Harrison Group of companies purchasing the controlling interest in Millstream Mines Ltd. in 1986 he at all times oversees the corporate administration, regulatory reporting and financial matters of the company.
Marty Martinello
Director/Executive Vice-President
Marty Martinello, B.A. (Business), is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with over 30 years of direct experience in the Natural Resources industry worldwide. He gained expertise and respect in conception to start-up of greenfield operations to turn-around of low margin, border-line facilities in the Forest Industry. He has held several high-profile, responsible positions as National Sales Manager, and Division Manager for the International Paper Co. and as President and C.E.O. in the private sector. For the past 12 years he has been a consultant and an executive with the Harrison Group of companies involved in Mining and Oil/Gas industries and in Environmental services. During his 14 years with Millstream he has assisted in the raising of approximately $10 million through non-brokered private placement offerings of Millstream.
Robert J. Chase
Director/CFO/Treasurer
Robert J. Chase, B.A. (Econ), Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company, is a graduate of The University of Toronto, and has held several leading positions during a 10 year span in the financial industry which include Associate Director of the Treasury Department of the Bank of Nova Scotia, and Chief Funding Officer for Scotia McLeod Inc. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has received a Fellowship at the Canadian Securities Institute. During his 10 years with Millstream he has played a key role in raising $10 million through non-brokered private placement offerings of Millstream and overseeing the duties of public relations. Robert is also involved in the oil and gas industry through his involvement with Kenartha Oil & Gas Company Ltd acting as CFO and Director
Ronald P. Haller

Ronald P. Haller, C.M.A., is a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, has 20 years experience in accounting and corporate filings of public companies. In 1992 he formed a private company offering professional management services to both public and private entities and filling the positions of Secretary and Treasurer for junior public issuer to facilitate the regulatory continuous reporting requirements.
David J. McConomy

David J. McConomy, B.A., MBA, C.A., is a graduate of Loyola University of Montreal (B.A. Economic), Queen's University of Kingston (MBA Finance), has over 30 years of financial industry experience offering financial management and consulting services to a wide range of clients since 1984. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice-President & CFO for SHL Systemhouse for 5 years. During his involvement SHL Systemhouse, the company became a public trading issuer, raised about $75 million in equity, grew to over 1,000 employees and generated annual revenues in the range of $100 million. In the past, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa, worked with Arthur Andersen & Company, Toronto, and currently, besides his active consulting services, is an Adjunct Professor to Queen's University. 1989 to 1992, on a contract basis was Senior Vice-President and CFO of Antras Electronics, a computer company that grew from $35 million to $100 million in revenues during his tenure.
