Bobes, I spoke with Jeff today as well as several emails and he was very clear that this was simply a filing issue. Usually the SEC would have sent MTEK a notice prior to suspending them, but the SEC has a new division "Microcap Fraud Working Group" that needed some experience and it just so happened MTEK was due to release..
