He Was Extremely Apologetic and Said that The Financials were only a Day Late and That is what Caused the Suspension. He Told me that Brent had Spoken to OTC and The SEC and they were "Extremely" accomodating and he was working Feverishly with the Accountant and Lawyers to get the Financials done and MTEK should be Back on Line in a Few Days.

I'm looking on the Bright side. At least the Manipulators can't touch this thing for a few days either. So all is well with me. This to Shall Pass. We will not be Deleted or Put onto the Grey Market. If anything we Could Graduate to OTC.BB with enough Information Provided, which would be AWESOME!!
