That's Not a New Cusip Number. It's a Code for when a Stock is Suspended. The "U" you are seeing in the Code is the "Market Center Originator ID". "U" means it is OTC Market. We won't be getting a New Cusip Number or Ticker, Everything will stay the same. The Code will Go Bye Bye after the Suspension is Lifted and You'll see MTEK in that space again.
