A lot of the suspended 17 companies were as such due to questionable PRs. We did not fall under that category.

I think by the very nature of what MTEK does, we'd be somewhat 'suspicious.' No one really believes what MTEK does can actually be done! So I'll meet you halfway and say that maybe the SEC found MTEK to be 'suspicious' and suspended them on a techincality.

Maybe we'll find out the truth behind MTEK's suspension when they divulge what really went down at the Kennedy assassination.
