A) I want to invest 20k on a new PINK Sheet start up company that has products on the market already and new innovative technologies being developed

B) I want to invest 20k on a new PINK Sheet start up company that has products on the market already and new innovative technologies being developed. I also want to invest in a company that is totally legit and has been vetted by the SEC.

Do i make myself clear, or am i being obtuse ?

IMO, we come out of this a lot stronger.
