It was never explained in detail. However, I am highly certain that it was for none of the reasons that you suggested. After reading the PRs, it looks like there were 'concerns' about the financials. Unfortunately for us, that is not a very specific reason. The best thing we can take away from this is that the SEC suspended MTEK, MTEK did what it had to do and came out of the mess unscathed. Now it's just a matter of waiting out FINRA's feet dragging to get us back trading on the pinks and not in Thunderdome.
