If MTEK has been cleared of any wrong doing and they have supplied the SEC everything that was requested, why shouldn't they be immediately placed on the market in which they were trading prior to the frivolous charge ?

The SEC spends so much time on traffic tickets while stock murderers are allowed to run a muck.

IMO, in the theme of transparency, the SEC/FINRA should report exactly what happened and how their requests were satisfied/ not satisfied by MTEK. This would allow everyone, including potential investors to view MTEK with clarity. Wasn't that the goal of the FINANCIAL REFORM REGULATIONS ?

Instead of the SEC/FINRA doing its job, MTEK is now burdened with cutting through the enormous amount of RED TAPE to get put back on PINK market.

Nothing ! and i mean Nothing .... has changed my vision of the MTEK technology hitting paydirt, other than adding to my position when we get out of 'Thunderdome'..
