The Form 10 Was Started on Yesterday along with a Slew of Other Filings. They are working overtime to get the necessary Work done for this in as short a Period of time as possible. Hopefully this is encouraging to some of you. The SEC is the one we need to worry about as far as delays, if they start their back and forth BS with questions and redo's on certain documents, they could drag us around for weeks. On the Bright Side, Brent had a Tremendous amount of work done before making this step with sastifying the SEC during the Suspension with a Boat load of Info, so this could make it easier for the Auditors.
