MSO is Trading at .63EU raising funds for MTEK, the Headset is being developed, the Manufacturer has been Paid their first Installment to begin producing the Damn thing and We all need to stop watching this Thing Every Hour of Every Day that the Market is Open. It's just going to frustrate you and You will lose confidence. Chill out, consider it an Investment and Not a "Get Rich Quick Scheme" and you'll be fine. You should be more concerned if It were being Hyped the Heck out of with Nothing Tangible being Developed. Then you would have a Serious Scam Issue. As far as the Software and the Downloads, they software works. The problem is Emotiv's Piece of Junk that you need to run it at this time. It's $300 Bucks and falls apart like a cheap toy, and you have to continuously wet the Electrodes with Saline over and over again to get a good Signal, who wants software to work a Piece of Crap that can't compete with what is going to be the Best Headset in the History of BCI products.
