Anyway, Jeff from MTEK responded to my email that I sent late yesterday. Regarding the Facebook page: 'Our marketing firm handles the MTEK page and we are open to any suggestions you have.' Regarding MS0: 'MSO has slowed up and Brent has hired a firm that will start in January 15th 2012 and is expected to raise over 3 million Euros.' I also sent a follow up question regarding the S1 filing and this what Jeff stated: 'The timing of the S1 is hopefully the 2-3 week in January it will be filed and then we can do a PR. We are hoping shortly after that we will begin trading on the OTCBB!!!!!'
