Hey all,

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope it is one we all enjoy...

I am hoping (as we all are) that we get some substantial news in the very near future regarding a filing (not an 'intent' or we 'plan on' filing) of an S1 form by MTEK and the end of the 'quiet' period.

If the length of a quiet period can be likened to that of a 'quiet before the storm', we should be in for one hell of a ride.
