Nope. Bought out is Bought out. Still works the same. Either a Per Share Buyout or Lump sum Buyout, either way the Current Shareholder gets Paid. If it's a Lump sum, it would just be divided up by outstanding shares and we would collect that average per share. Company could be a Dead shell, but if you have shares you still gonna get paid.
