In response to PLC....The MM's won't have any issues with making a Market on OTCBB, because OTCBB is NASDAQ operated, so there is no 211's to File because the Stock will be Pre-approved for trade through SEC and NASDAQ Rules, so any and all MM's are automatically allowed to quote the stock without filing form 211.
