tomorrow is the big day for MTEK to finally get out of the quiet period and inform the shareholders of the S1 being filed and update on the headset. Exactly one month ago we were told the S1 will be filed and a PR with substance will be announced within a month. Also, it is time for a detailed PR on the headset.....

I think we all have been patient beyond any reasonable measure... I would like to thank you on your obvious large task of getting MTEK on the OCTBB and getting a new revolutionary headset to market, but it is also time to guide your loyal shareholders to concrete facts about the state of the company....
