MTEK trading was suspended on June 7, 2011 I think. Yet, they have continued

to report much more promptly, and thoroughly than prior to March 7, 2011. Why would they do that if they were scamming? I am not in the know regarding SEC regs about reporting; but, I have to believe this history of "regular" financial reporting has a reason. And, it has been going on for almost a year...annual report for 2011 should be announced soon if last year is any indication.
