Sorry Everyone. I lost it before I got all the Info. Looks like the S1 is a lot closer to filing than thought and we are only a small amount of time from going on to the OTCBB. Please disregard my Rant in my previous Post. I think this may be a better direction for all in the long run. It seems we are only the End of May away from relisting on the Higher Exchange.
