So Facebook Filed their S1 on Feb. 1st. The IPO is now looking to be Hitting the Market on May 17th. So this gives you an Idea of how long it could possibly take MTEK to go from an S1 filing to actually trading without any BS in between. Let's keep in mind the valuation on Facebook is coming in at a rumor of $100Billion. A slightly larger valuation than this corpse.
