Marathon...you have lots of questions and I have definitely thought of many of the same. However, I always go back to this...why would they BS about having this crazy headset at this point? It's not like you can load the boat up with shares right now.

As for Jeff's accessibility, he has been very responsive over the past few months...another reason to feel a bit more comfortable with this mess. If they were a BS scam, you would not have them picking up the phone and responding to emails. However, I was told Friday that I would have a 'detailed' response to a question I asked and I never received one...maybe tomorrow? Maybe it's lights out? Who knows? Nothing we can do right now anyway...

I thought a PR was coming today and I do feel one is coming very soon stating that the S1 has been filed. What you or anyone thinks that will do to the SP is merely a guess. I do think we will find out though.
