From my understanding, they announced September 2011 that top priority was to go OTCBB and they were hiring firm to do audit. My research tells me average company takes one month to audit (since MTEK has two employees and virtually no sales - I think this is reasonable time frame)

Five months later....Company spoksperson (Jeff) tells me in early FEb. that they are real close.

Two months after that.....PR in April said they "expect" to file end of that month.

Jersi insists "comments" from SEC will only take one month tops.

Does anybody here agree with me that things are not adding up?
