LOL, you got that right. I just want to stay on top of them and I have appreciated Jeff's return emails, however there have been a couple time frames (like now) he doesn't respond.

The vagueness of his answers and the timing of when he says things will get done which has never been correct worries/disturbs me, but again, even as I think he's blowing smoke, I appreciate return emails.
