And, no, I do not have a crystal ball, LOL, just do lots of homework. As far as the "Dividend" comments, this is to give shareholders more bang for their buck so to speak. You have former shareholders of the other company as well as new shareholders (Us), so as to not dilute shares and give us a fair deal, Shares are "Divided" between the former company and MTEK, a certain percentage to current VOIS shareholders and a certain percentage to MTEK shareholders, hence the use of the word "Dividend". It also protects shareholders from capital gains after the exchange as you will be receiving shares trading much higher than the current company you own, so to call it a "Dividend" avoids taxation on shares you suddenly own of "New Company" that increases your monetary postition considerably. This is a good faith gesture of MTEK and rewards long term shareholders for their patience during this long awaited restructure.
