Has MTEK announced that they will be running a "pump and dump" scam with an illeged shell company ?

You need to educate yourself and contact the company and ask them why the stock was halted. FYI, it had nothing to do with any sort of improprieties. Furthermore, MTEK traded yesterday which leads one to believe that a "pump and dump" as you described is silly because to my knowledge the SEC doesn't allow fraudulent companies to trade at all.

Words like "shell company" and "pump and dump" are archaic words that enable the reader of such words to automatically decipher that a scam is taking place......
