I was just thinking about how the share price of vois is holding up at about 0.06 since the merger announcement. It seems to me that if this was not good for the vois shareholders, that we would have seen a price drop by now. Of course we still don't know if we will get a one for one share exchange. For all we know, we will get one share of vois for every ten shares of mtek that we own. That would bring our value back to well under a penny. Any thoughts?
