Well, we know by the share price of vois that the vois shareholders are not afraid of this deal. That means little to us mtek shareholders. I would think that if this was going to be a one for one swap, that vois shares would have taken a hit because of the many more outstanding shares that would be out. I hope I am wrong, but I think we will get no more than one share of vois for every two shares of mtek that we own, and no worse than one share for every ten that we own. GLTA
