Go to the SEC database, Read the 8-K as well as the S-8 Filed by VOIS on Dec 3rd for 45M Shares to be Allocated at .07 a share in the form of "Dividend" for "Future" changes.

As far as the headset goes, it's obsurd to question it's existance. I just invented, developed and put into production a extraordinary piece of Technology that I hope will bring my company into the main stream, I'm not going to pass around photos and specs on the thing to just anyone. Put yourself in those shoes for a moment....are you going to show your cards at the table or wait until all the bets are in before you reveal your royal flush? I think not. JMO
