sperri, first of all I think it will be a long time, maybe two or three weeks or more before the the share exchange is made in our accounts. During that time, if we get a one for one exchange, I would expect the share price to crash to the point that most of us will hold. If we get screwed by a one for four or worse exchange, the share price may hold up but because of the exchange ratio most may still hold. So you see, we are screwed either way. This is just my opinion, but that is what I believe. As always, I hope I am wrong. GLTA
