I have no idea at this point if we are going to get screwed, and to be honest I am not liking what I am hearing, but why would you be so concerned about saving strangers who you never met money and spamming other forums ?

If you were a solid shareholder and if a crime of any sort has happened, the last thing you would want to do is publicly incriminate yourself. Quietly getting an army of shareholders together to form clash action suit would be more appropriate... no ?
