This is a withdrawel request for the S-8 they filed for 45M shares at .07 recently. They are requesting to refile another one to change up who they giving out those shares to. Interesting, not sure what it means yet. Need more info out of the 10-K that are supposed to be filing shortly or the New S-8 they want to file. This just gets more complicated by the day. Geeessh!!
