The de-listing of MTEK caused a colossal drain on finances including the money allegedly Brent parted with. They can not raise capital as a Grey Sheet stock.

I may be barking up the wrong tree, but I think this notion is credible. VOIS is going to be used to finance the completion of the headset and subsequent marketing. The VOIS shares is simply a token good deed during the completion process of headset. They are currently building the guts or operating system right now.

With the resurrection of MTEK onto the PINKS again, I think any success down the road might be channeled somehow back to MTEK.

Think about it, if VOIS was the culminating end result of mind tech, why the hell would they want to get MTEK back on the PINKS ??

I think MTEK will rise from the dead. Wishful thinking ? Good tea leave reading ability ? Smoke blowing from a large cat ?
