Wouldn't you think that the SEC would bury MTEK/VOIS if they were doing something illegal or fraudulent ? The SEC has had their noses planted firmly up MTEK's anus for years looking for issues, and nothing has ever come of it.

I respect your frustration, and maybe we all might take this one on the chin in the end, but the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
